Loskop Koffie

Small-Batch Specialty Coffee Roaster in Bristol

What started as a simple idea has grown into a new brand of coffee roasters, proudly coming from Bristol. There are never two identical blends, so we keep things Loskop.

We keep it simple: three house blends, each dialled in for how you brew. A Decaf and a House blend for the espresso machine, and one for your V60 or AeroPress. All come in 250g bags, packed with soul.

A patterned design with indigenous iconography, including animals, birds, plants, and abstract symbols, predominantly in brown, on a white background. Text at the bottom reads "El Salvador - Peru - Uganda FILTER."

Our Story

Loskop started small - a roastery tucked into St George, Bristol, crafting blends for local cafés and the neighbours who kept coming back. For a while, that neighbourhood was our whole world. Things grew over time. More orders, more lovely people, more mornings made better by our coffee. And at some point we thought of expanding. So we decided to take what we'd built and elevate it, and then share it.
